Fundraising exercises |
The Treasurer (who else) has initiated two fundraising exercises for the Society and we need your help to raise the funds required to fully restore our Kitson locomotive: · Easyfunding - This method of fundraising rewards the Society for online purchases at any one of several thousand online retailers. There is NO CHARGE to any of the subscribers. · 47 Club quarterly prize draw.

Easyfunding |
Following a larger than expected quote for
the restoration of the boiler on the Kitson, the Society has signed up with Easyfunding to
raise further funds. There over 7,000 companies who will pay a percentage of whatever you
spend with them. It's easy to sign up and doesn't cost you anything! The Hon Treasurer has already used it to raise money through Booking.com, Compare the Market and Sainsbury's. Give it a try, and let's get the Kitson back in steam! How to join: Click the link below and open in a new tab: https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/worcester-loco-society-kitson-restoration/?searchSessionId=277ecbb4-17c5-4eff-a9b1-9158b4813fd3
Payments received to November 2023 For information on how successful this can be we understand that the Talyllyn Railway raised £30,000 using Easyfunding.

If you would like to join the '47 Club', please email the Hon Treasurer as soon as possible - chrispate84@aol.com. The Committee are fully behind this and have already taken the first 10 numbers!!! Let's get the Kitson back in steam!
